The Effective targeted medicine delivery system was a dream for a long time, but it has been largely frustrated by the complex chemistry which is involved in the development of new systems . The recent advance in nanotechnology has lead to the development of targeted medicine delivery system. still, targeting a patch to a particular point using a medicine delivery system effectively requires a technical medicine delivery system. Nanosponge is known as the one of utmost promising field in wisdom because of their operation in controlled medicine delivery system. Nanosponges are veritably small bloodsuckers having the size of about a contagion and can be filled with the variety of medicine. These bitsy bloodsuckers can circulate around the body until they encounter the specific target point and also stick on the face and start to release the medicine in a controlled as well as predictable manner.
The invention of Nano bloodsuckers has come a significant step to deals problems associated with conventional medicine delivery system. A wide variety of medicines can be loaded into nanosponge to target the medicine delivery. Both lipophilic and hydrophilic medicines can be loaded into nanosponges. So the, Nanosponge medicine delivery system has surfaced as one of the most promising fields in life wisdom. Topical medicine delivery system has numerous problems like poor permeability, skin vexation, antipathetic responsesetc. major problems of recently developed chemical realities is their poor solubility in water and pharmacokineticissues.These poorly water answerable medicines may show problems in formulating them in conventional lozenge forms and the critical problems associated is its veritably low bioavailability. So the invention of these nanosponge has come a significant step towards prostrating these problems.
