Abstract: This study was conducted to compare the psychological well-being of college students. A sample of 140 college students was selected by using purposive sampling from Hooghly, Howrah & Kolkata districts. The psychological well-being scale, developed by C. D Ryff & C. L. M. Keyes (1995) was administrated to the psychological well-being of college students. Through IBM SPSS statistics 21, a t-test was used to analyze the data. The result of the study revealed that there is a significant difference between male and female college students in psychological well-being and also showed that females, who are in romantic relationships, scored higher in psychological well-being than males, who are in romantic relationships.
