Abstract: Air pollution is a major environmental issue that affects the health of millions of people worldwide. The harmful pollutants in the air can cause various respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, and can even lead to premature death. In addition, weather plays a crucial role in air pollution, as it affects the concentration and distribution of pollutants in the atmosphere. To address these issues, we propose a system for air pollution and weather monitoring using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system consists of a network of sensors that are deployed in different locations to measure various air pollutants such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, and particulate matter. These sensors are connected to a central hub that collects the data and sends it to a cloud-based server for analysis. In addition, the system also includes weather sensors that measure various parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and direction. This data is also sent to the cloud-based server for analysis. Using advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms, the system can provide real-time information about air pollution and weather conditions in different locations. This information can be used to develop strategies for reducing air pollution and improving air quality. For example, local authorities can use this information to issue alerts and advisories to the public, or to develop policies and regulations to reduce emissions from various sources such as transportation and industry. Overall, our proposed system can provide valuable insights into the relationship between air pollution and weather, and can help to promote healthier and more sustainable communities.
