IJRTI's fee model is built around one rule: nothing is charged unless and until your paper is accepted. That protects authors from paying for a rejected paper — but it also means that once acceptance triggers the charge, the fee is treated as payment for editorial work already performed (peer review coordination, formatting, indexing preparation), not a deposit that can be returned later.

Duplicate-payment and gateway-error corrections are billing fixes for a charge that was never validly owed — they are not exceptions to the non-refundable rule for a genuine, accepted publication fee.
Requesting a Billing Correction
- Email editor@ijrti.org with payment proof and submission ID
- Corrections are processed within 7–14 working days of approval
- Corrected amounts are credited to the original payment source
- IJRTI reserves the right to withhold corrections in cases of misconduct or policy violations
No-Refund Conditions
- After the paper has been accepted and the publication fee paid
- After the paper has been published online
- If the author provided false or misleading information in the submission
- If the paper was retracted due to confirmed author misconduct

Q1. Is the publication fee refundable after my paper is accepted?
No. Once your paper is accepted and the publication fee is paid, that amount is non-refundable. The fee covers editorial work already performed, including peer review, formatting and indexing preparation.
Q2. What if I accidentally made a duplicate payment?
A duplicate payment is refunded in full — this is a billing correction, not a refund of the publication fee for a paper that proceeds to publication. Email editor@ijrti.org with payment proof and your submission ID.
Q3. Can I get a refund if I withdraw my paper after paying?
No. The fee is only charged after your paper is accepted, and once accepted and paid it is non-refundable, regardless of whether you later withdraw before the issue goes live. No fee is charged at all if you withdraw before paying.
